An item purchased off the rack can be canceled only within the first twenty-four hours. In such a case the full payment amount will be refunded. Post the twenty-four-hour period we will only issue credit notes and money will not be directly refunded. Credit notes & refunds will be issued in seven working days. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once communication is received, the customer care team at Shunya would study the need for return or exchange.
